Bennacer Set for Qatari League Move

Algerian midfielder Ismael Bennacer is preparing to leave AC Milan during the current summer transfer window, having reached a mutual agreement to terminate his contract ahead of a move to Qatari club Al-Shamal.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Al-Shamal is currently finalizing the details of the deal, with an official announcement expected this week regarding the signing of the Algerian midfielder.

Bennacer spent last season on loan at Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia, and is now set to conclude his time with Milan, despite having a contract with the Italian club that was set to run until the summer of 2027.

The 28-year-old is anticipated to embark on a new adventure in the Qatari league after several years in European football.
