Official: Ahmed Abu Rasain Leaves Al Hilal, Becomes Free Agent

Al Hilal has officially announced the end of its relationship with young goalkeeper Ahmed Abu Rasain, after both parties agreed not to renew his contract, which expired at the end of the season. The player leaves the ranks of "The Leader" and is now available for transfer to any club as a free agent during the summer transfer window.

Abu Rasain, 22, is a product of Al Hilal's youth academy, having progressed through various age groups before being promoted to the first team. However, he has primarily served as a backup goalkeeper due to the presence of prominent names in the position.

The Saudi goalkeeper also had a loan spell with Neom before returning to Al Hilal to complete his contract, in a bid to gain more playing time and experience, but his journey with the club ended with the expiration of his contract and no agreement reached for renewal.

Ahmed Abu Rasain is now a free agent, allowing him to sign with any club without a fee, as he seeks a new opportunity to regularly participate and showcase his abilities in the Saudi Pro League or abroad.
