Harry Kane Rules Out Barcelona Move
Harry Kane has made his future clear by deciding to stay with Bayern Munich, despite Barcelona's interest in signing him during the summer transfer window.
Journalist Christian Falk reported that Barcelona reached out to those close to the English striker to gauge his interest in a move to the Catalan club after the World Cup.
Falk explained that Kane has informed his circle of his desire to continue his journey with Bayern Munich, while also working on extending his current contract, which runs until June 2027.
He added that the player and the German club have agreed to postpone renewal negotiations until after the World Cup to maintain his focus during the tournament.
The same source confirmed that Kane does not intend to consider any other offers, as his negotiations will be limited to Bayern Munich only, which diminishes Barcelona's chances of signing him.
Meanwhile, Barcelona continues to focus on Julian Alvarez, who will determine their plans to strengthen the striker position, while Kane appears to be off their radar, according to Christian Falk.
