Enzo Fernandez's Agent Sparks Future Speculation
Javier Pastore, the agent of Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernandez, has stirred controversy regarding his client's future at Chelsea, confirming that the player is exploring options to leave the club during the current summer transfer window.
Pastore stated in an exclusive interview with Spanish newspaper "Marca": "We are looking at available options to leave Chelsea."
When asked about Fernandez's fondness for Madrid, he replied: "Who doesn't love Madrid? Even I haven't played there, but I live in Madrid now."
He added: "Enzo also has his friend Julian Alvarez there, and they spend most of their free time together, and he also visits me to finalize some work-related matters."
Enzo Fernandez is among the targets that Real Madrid wishes to sign during the current summer transfer window to strengthen their midfield, based on the desire of Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho.
Despite the royal club's interest in acquiring the Argentine international, Real Madrid has yet to initiate any official negotiations with Chelsea or the player, given the significant increase in the transfer fee, making a deal complicated at this time.
