Spanish media reports reveal that Real Madrid continues to monitor French international Michael Olise, the Bayern Munich star, who is delivering exceptional performances in the 2026 World Cup, amid increasing interest from the royal club to sign him during the summer transfer window.

According to reports, Herbert Hainer, the president of Bayern Munich, visited the Spanish capital Madrid in recent days, where he met with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, in a visit that reflected the strong relationship between the two clubs and included discussions about Olise's future.

Hainer confirmed during the visit that Bayern Munich does not intend to sell the player, stating: "I told Florentino not to waste his time, Olise is not for sale and we will not sell him."

According to Spanish newspaper "AS", the Bavarian club's management is aware that their position may change in the coming weeks, especially if the player expresses a desire to leave the team this summer.

Reports added that Olise intends to hold a meeting with Bayern Munich officials after his participation in the World Cup to discuss his future, with two clubs interested in signing him, while Real Madrid appears to be the closest party so far.

It was noted that Olise's impressive performances in the global tournament have increased his market value and heightened the interest of top European clubs in acquiring his services, while Real Madrid officials believe the player continues to develop game after game and is one of the club's main targets to strengthen the attack next season.

The final decision remains in the hands of the player, who will determine his future after the World Cup, while Bayern Munich prepares to try to convince him to continue his journey with the team.
