Zamalek's board, led by Hussein Labib, has announced the completion of payments related to several cases filed against the club at FIFA. The club's official statement revealed that the settled cases include those involving former head coach José Gomes, former coach Yannick Ferreira, former general coach Pierre Bahrli, and former goalkeeper coach Yugoslav Lazic, along with dues for player Ahmed Al-Jafali and the Portuguese club Estrela da Amadora concerning the transfer of Angolan player Chico Panza. The club also noted that it had previously resolved several other cases, including payments to Gomes' assistants Luis Vicente, João Miguel, and André Piquet, as well as settling dues for Beninese player Samson Akiniola and Swiss coach Christian Gross, in addition to payments to Belgian club Charleroi related to the transfer of Palestinian player Oday Dabbagh. Zamalek's board confirmed its ongoing efforts to resolve all remaining cases and reach settlements as soon as possible to fully close the file on international disputes. The club emphasized that the ruling issued today by FIFA to suspend registration regarding dues to Moroccan club Ittihad Tangier for the third installment of the transfer of Abdelhamid Malali comes despite the club having previously paid the first two installments to the Moroccan club, and this ruling does not affect Zamalek's right to obtain a license to participate in next season's CAF Champions League.
