Al Ahly in Talks with Nantes for Yassine Ben Hatab

Reports indicate that Egyptian club Al Ahly is in negotiations with French side Nantes to sign player Yassine Ben Hatab during the summer transfer window. According to L'Équipe, discussions have been ongoing for several days as both parties are deliberating the transfer fee, which is estimated to be between €2 million and €3 million for the player's move to the Red Devils. Ben Hatab joined Nantes in 2024 and was loaned to Reims in the second half of the 2025-2026 season to gain more experience and playing time. The player's contract with Nantes runs until the summer of 2028.
