Laporta: Some are too tense, they won't get what they want in the Negreira case

Joan Laporta, president of FC Barcelona, delivered direct messages criticizing Real Madrid, expressing confidence in his club's position regarding the Negreira case, and emphasizing Barcelona's commitment to its management model during his inauguration.

Laporta stated: "In other places, there are those who feel extremely tense and hold pointless press conferences, not knowing where they are headed, living in a cycle of repetition. Meanwhile, we have a more solid project led by Hans Flick with players who bring a lot of excitement to Barcelona fans, and a team shaped by Deco, which is not easy in the world of football."

When asked about his stance on the Negreira case, the Barcelona president said: "They won't achieve what they want; we know UEFA's position on this matter. It's just another outburst from them, trying to prolong this case to justify meaningless actions. The case has not succeeded in ordinary courts for a long time, and we have provided the required evidence during the proceedings, while the other party has presented nothing."

He added: "They have exploited this case to create noise and divert attention from other issues, such as their focus on becoming a public company, along with other matters that are not going as they wish, like the absence of music and their lack of knowledge about parking locations."
