Tarek Hamed's New Position Sparks Crisis Within Zamalek

The media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour stated that the halls of Zamalek Club have recently witnessed intensive and extensive discussions to resolve the issue of Tarek Hamed's return. The club officials are focusing on determining the nature of the administrative or technical position that the former star will assume in the upcoming period.

There is a prevailing state of divided opinions and multiple perspectives within the board regarding this matter, as each faction adopts a different vision for the role and form of Tarek Hamed, which has delayed the final decision until now.

Al-Ghandour added during his program "Stadium Al-Mehwar": "There is an opinion within Zamalek that supports the idea of Tarek Hamed joining the football staff, with the aim of starting work within the administrative and technical system to gain more experience and gradually take on responsibilities."

He continued: "There is another trend for Tarek Hamed to take on the role of deputy sports director, benefiting from his leadership qualities and extensive experience both inside and outside the club."

He concluded: "The disagreement within Zamalek regarding the most suitable position for Tarek Hamed is still ongoing, and the matter is expected to be resolved in the coming period after finalizing the administrative structure of the football sector."
