Spanish national team star Fabian Ruiz sent a heartfelt message of support to Belgian national team player Jeremy Doku, following the criticism he faced for temporarily leaving his national team's camp to attend the birth of his first child.

Doku had left the Belgium camp to be with his wife during the birth of their first child, a decision that sparked widespread controversy following media criticism in France.
