Milan Makes Official Offer to Sign Gonçalo Ramos

Press reports revealed that the Italian club AC Milan has made an official offer to Paris Saint-Germain to sign the Portuguese striker Gonçalo Ramos during the current summer transfer window.

According to the reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano, AC Milan's management has placed Ramos at the top of their priorities to strengthen the attack line and has already begun negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain to finalize the deal.

Romano added that the negotiations are not limited to the two clubs only, as Milan is also holding talks with the player and his agent, Jorge Mendes, to agree on the personal terms of the contract.
