Consultations in Al-Ahly to Decide the Venue for the New Season Preparation Camp

Al-Ahly officials continue their consultations and meetings to finalize the location for the team's training camp in preparation for the new season.

According to "Youm7" newspaper, the officials wish to hold the camp in one of the European countries, but they are facing an issue with obtaining visas for all members of the Red Giant.

The newspaper explained that Al Ahly officials are considering holding the external training camp in three European countries: Spain as the first option, Italy as the second, and Turkey as the third. The name of Morocco was also proposed to host the preparation camp for the new season.

South Africa and Tanzania were also proposed as hosts for the camp, but this suggestion was not well-received by the football officials at the Red Castle.

Sayed Abdel Hafeez, a member of Al Ahly's board of directors, and Wael Gomaa, the team's football director, have begun intensive coordination with Moroccan coach Hussein Ammouta, the new head coach of the team. This current communication aims to discuss the arrangements for the upcoming training camp.

Amotta is currently in Morocco and is scheduled to arrive in Cairo during the first week of July. Upon his arrival, he will officially take charge of the team and begin his coaching journey with Al Ahly Club.
