Ibrahim Hassan: We Restored Mohamed Salah to His Form and Trezeguet is a Great Player
Ibrahim Hassan, the manager of the Egyptian national team, confirmed that Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Pharaohs, succeeded in restoring Mohamed Salah, the star of the team, to his usual form.
Ibrahim Hassan said in statements to MBC Egypt: "Hossam Hassan has a keen tactical vision, and for example, the level of Mohamed Salah, who appeared differently from what he had been showing in the past period, is due to being well-utilized by the national team's coach."
He added, "Mohamed Salah is a great player, and the time he spent in Europe has greatly developed his mindset. He knows he is a professional player and has confidence in the coach, who utilizes him well on the field and knows how to restore him to his best form and present him in the best light."
He continued: "Any decision by Hossam Hassan is in the best interest of Mohamed Salah and the national team. The coach makes the decision at the right time. We are in a battle, and any wrong decision will cause the entire system to collapse."
Regarding Trezeguet's goal against New Zealand, he said: "He is a wonderful person, a great player, and very committed. He doesn't get upset when he doesn't play in matches. He is one of the main pillars of the team. When he participated, he scored a goal, which is not easy, and it shows that he is 'smooth' and has a pure intention."
