Seleção Coach Practices National Anthem in Preparation for the World Cup

The Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti continues his full integration with the Brazilian national team atmosphere, having revealed that he practiced singing the Brazilian national anthem to sing it with the players before the 2026 World Cup matches.

Ancelotti had expressed his desire to learn the Brazilian anthem some time ago, affirming that hearing it before matches is a special moment for any player or coach representing the Brazilian national team. This motivated him to work on memorizing it in preparation for appearing with it during World Cup matches.

This step is seen as further evidence of the veteran coach's desire to fully integrate with the identity of the Seleção, at a time when he dreams of leading Brazil to reclaim the World Cup title that has been absent since 2002, and to write a new chapter in the history of one of the most successful teams in the world championship.
