Hossam Hassan, the head coach of the Egyptian national team, expressed his great happiness with his team's 3-1 victory over New Zealand on Monday, in the second round of Group G in the 2026 World Cup.

The Egyptian national team is close to qualifying for the round of 32 in the World Cup, as they lead their group with 4 points from a win and a draw.
