Bayer Leverkusen officially announced the signing of Portuguese striker Alfonso Moreira from Olympique Lyon, in a new deal that strengthens the team's attack for the upcoming season.

Moreira, aged 21, signed a long-term contract with the German club extending until the summer of 2031, becoming one of the most prominent signings of the club's new project.
