Al Ahly Concludes Agreement for Akram Tawfik's Return
Tarek El-Sayed, the former Zamalek star, revealed that Al Ahly has finalized its agreement to sign Akram Tawfik, the player from Al Shamal in Qatar, in the upcoming period.
He clarified on Facebook that Akram Tawfik is currently in negotiations with the Qatari club Al-Shamal to reach an agreement on terminating the contract, which would allow him to complete the procedures for returning to the Red Castle.
Akram Tawfik joined Al-Shamal in Qatar in June 2025 on a free transfer after his contract with Al-Ahly ended.
Al Ahly is seeking to strengthen its squad with standout signings during the summer transfer window to make up for the disappointing past season.
