Zamalek Thanks President Sisi After Resolving October Land Issue
The Board of Directors of Zamalek Club expressed their gratitude to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi following his directives that contributed to reaching a final resolution for the club's branch crisis in the Sixth of October City.
Zamalek stated in an official announcement: "The Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, chaired by Captain Hussein Labib, along with the club's general assembly members and millions of its fans and supporters, is honored to extend its sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for his generous directives that contributed to reaching a final solution to the club's branch crisis in the Sixth of October City. A distinguished plot of land has been allocated for establishing the new branch, fulfilling the aspirations of the club's fans and members after many years of anticipation for this vital project."
He continued: "The Zamalek Board of Directors expresses its deep appreciation for the comprehensive efforts made by national state institutions, foremost among them the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and the Youth and Sports Committee in the House of Representatives, whose cooperation and coordination played a pivotal role in studying various alternatives and reaching the optimal solution that serves the public interest and ensures a more sustainable future for the club."
The council appreciates this generous support and emphasizes that the proposed model not only addresses the current crisis but also represents a promising developmental and investment opportunity. The designated land boasts strategic advantages and a prime location that allow for economic and investment returns exceeding previous ones, based on technical and economic studies prepared by the club to maximize the utilization of available assets and achieve the highest added value for members and fans, ensuring sustainable funding.
