Spanish press reports have revealed that Real Madrid has prioritized signing the Argentine star Enzo Fernandez, the Chelsea player, as a main target during the summer transfer window. This comes as a direct request from coach Jose Mourinho, who seeks to strengthen the midfield with a world-class player.

According to the newspaper 'Marca', Real Madrid's management sees Enzo Fernandez as the first choice to reinforce the midfield, among the list of names proposed by Mourinho, in light of the club's desire to finalize its deals early before the new season begins.

The reports indicated that the player had previously expressed his desire to live in Madrid, which increased speculation about the possibility of his transfer to Santiago Bernabeu, especially after his statements where he mentioned that he prefers life in Spain and finds similarities between Madrid and Buenos Aires.
