Suker Confirms: Modric Will Return to Real Madrid

Uncertainty continues to surround the future of Croatian star Luka Modric, as his stint with Italian club Milan nears its end. Reports suggest the possibility of his return to Real Madrid in the near future, according to statements by his compatriot Dragan Suker on "Radio Marca."

In his statements to the radio, Dragan Suker said: "I was asked where he would continue his career, whether in Milan or Madrid, and I think something will happen with Real Madrid."

He added: "He will definitely return, but I don't know in what form that will be. Let's wait until the World Cup ends and see what happens."

He continued: "I can't say more, I can't say more, my friend. Leave it a little open, not everything can be said. I'm sure he will do something with Real Madrid, that's what I can confirm."

At the same time, the future of 40-year-old Luka Modric remains undecided, despite indications suggesting he will not continue with Milan next season, with the possibility of his return to Real Madrid in a role to be determined later being considered.
