Enzo Fernandez Requests to Leave for Real Madrid
Journalist Ben Jacobs has revealed new developments regarding the future of Argentine Enzo Fernandez, amid Real Madrid's interest in signing him during the current summer transfer window.
According to Jacobs, Enzo Fernandez is open to the idea of moving to Real Madrid and joining his teammate Marc Cucurella. The Argentine star has also informed Chelsea of his desire to leave this summer.
The report indicated that Chelsea's management is not concerned about the player's situation, but they have set a price of 120 million pounds to agree to sell him, affirming their readiness to let him go if the right offer comes along.
Jacobs explained that Real Madrid is still considering the type of midfielder they wish to sign this summer before making a final decision on entering formal negotiations to acquire the Argentine international.
He added that Enzo Fernandez's name is not the only one on the table for the Royal Club, as other options are also being discussed, most notably Matheus Fernandez and Rodri, as part of the plan to strengthen the midfield in preparation for the new season.
