Real Madrid Places Mendy and Fran Garcia on the Transfer Market

Press reports have revealed that Portuguese coach José Mourinho does not include the duo Ferland Mendy and Fran García in his plans for the next season with Real Madrid, as part of the anticipated changes within the team during the current summer transfer window.

According to journalist José Félix Díaz, Mourinho informed the club's management that he does not wish to rely on Mendy and does not see Fran García as fitting the project he aims to build at Santiago Bernabéu.

The report indicated that Real Madrid's management decided to put the players on the transfer market, listening to offers for them in the coming weeks, in preparation for their departure from the team.

This comes after the club finalized the signing of Spaniard Marc Cucurella, who is seen as Mourinho's preferred choice to fill the left-back position alongside Álvaro Carreras.

Real Madrid's lineup is expected to undergo several changes with Mourinho taking the helm, noting that the club has finalized deals with Denzel Dumfries, Ibrahima Konate, and Bernardo Silva.
