Officially.. Adoption of the Green Falcons' Player Numbers for the 2026 World Cup

The Saudi national team officially revealed the numbers of its players participating in the 2026 World Cup, amid extensive preparations to compete in the global tournament.

The announcement of the roster with numbers came before the start of the Green Falcons' journey, as the coaching staff aims to deliver a performance that reflects the significant development of Saudi football.

The list of goalkeepers included Nawaf Al-Aqidi with number 1, Mohammed Al-Owais with number 21, and Ahmed Al-Kassar with number 22, while the defense line included many names.

In defense, Ali Majrashi wears number 2, Ali Lajami number 3, Abdulelah Al-Amri number 4, Hassan Tambakti number 5, and Saud Abdulhamid number 12.

The midfield also included Nasser Al-Dosari with number 6, Musab Al-Juwair with number 7, Ayman Yahya with number 8, and Mohammed Kanoo with number 23, along with the rest of the players.

In the attack, Salem Al-Dawsari appears with the number 10 jersey, Firas Al-Buraikan with number 9, Saleh Al-Shehri with number 11, and Abdullah Al-Hamdan with number 19.

The Saudi national team will begin its World Cup journey with a strong match against Uruguay in Group H, early next Tuesday.

The match is considered an important test for the Green team to achieve a positive start in a group that also includes Spain and Cape Verde.

The Saudi national team aims to advance past the group stage and reach the knockout rounds in a historic edition featuring 48 teams.
