England coach Thomas Tuchel confirmed that the coaching staff is handling Arsenal star Bukayo Saka's physical condition with caution, as part of a "gradual build-up" plan to enhance his readiness before the World Cup kicks off.

Tuchel explained that Saka is still undergoing a precise physical load management process, despite his strong participation with his club at the end of the season. He pointed out that the goal is to gradually prepare him to reach the highest possible level by the start of the tournament matches, without rushing his full return.

On the other hand, the coach confirmed that the trio Declan Rice, Noni Madueke, and Eberechi Eze are in good physical condition and ready to participate, as they are expected to get playing time in the upcoming friendly match against Costa Rica.

Tuchel also praised Rice's leadership role within the team, emphasizing that he is a central figure alongside captain Harry Kane. He reassured the coaching staff about defender John Stones' readiness, confirming that he is in excellent physical condition and ready to participate normally in the preparations.
