According to the Spanish newspaper "AS," preliminary statistics indicate that Perez received 66% of the votes compared to 34% for Riquelme, reflecting a comfortable lead in the overall election results.

In a development related to mail-in voting, reports indicated that around 400 votes were challenged before being invalidated due to a flaw in the notary's seal responsible for documenting the procedures.

Despite these developments, estimates indicate that Florentino Perez achieved up to 80% in mail-in voting, which significantly enhances his overwhelming advantage in this aspect of the electoral process.
