Officially: Turkey's Squad Announced for the World Cup

The head coach of the Turkish national team announced the final squad list that will participate in the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The Turkish team will compete in Group D alongside the United States, Paraguay, and Australia, in a group that theoretically seems within reach for the Turks, who aspire to lead it and qualify for the round of 16.

The Turkish team features a number of prominent names, led by the duo Arda Güler and Kenan Yıldız, in addition to Hakan Çalhanoğlu, as well as goalkeeper Altay Bayındır, and Ferdi Kadıoğlu.

The squad is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Altay Bayındır, Mert Günok, Uğurcan Çakır.
