The changes saw Spanish Ramon Planes transition from his role as a sporting director to a sports advisor for the club, to leverage his extensive experience in supporting the sports project.

This decision came as part of a comprehensive restructuring process through which the management aims to enhance work efficiency and distribute responsibilities in a way that serves the club's future goals.

In the same context, Etihad Company appointed Frank Carrio to take on the role of sports director, to lead the sports file in the upcoming period according to the management's vision and strategic plans.

The club management hopes that this step will contribute to enhancing coordination between the various sports departments, which will positively reflect on the team's preparations for the new season.

The company also made sure to thank Ramon Planes for his efforts during his tenure as sports director, praising his contributions to the development of many important projects within the club.
