Barcelona Aims to Secure Alvarez Deal Before World Cup

The club's next target is to sign Julian Alvarez before the World Cup kicks off, despite the difficulty of negotiations and the fact that the first offer has already been made.

The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" reported that Barcelona prefers to finalize its main deals during June and July, a strategy it has followed in recent years to avoid negotiations extending until the end of the market.

The Catalan club has previously adopted this policy in many seasons, especially during World Cup years. They reached an agreement with Luis Suarez before the 2014 World Cup and finalized the deal for David Villa before the 2010 World Cup.
