The Saudi newspaper Okaz reported that several European clubs have started monitoring the situation of Al-Ittihad Saudi Club player Houssem Aouar in anticipation of any future moves regarding his contract with the club.
According to the report, European interest arises if the club decides to open the door to sell the Algerian player's contract during the summer transfer window, even though the club has not yet officially addressed his departure.
The former Lyon and Roma player is still under contract with Al-Ittihad until 2028, which means his transfer to another club would require a lot of negotiation.
It is noted that clubs such as Turkey's Fenerbahçe, England's Fulham, France's Lens, in addition to an American club, have shown interest in monitoring his situation in the coming period.
