Turkish Coach Approaches Replacing Jesus at Al-Nassr

Turkish press reports have revealed that coach Okan Buruk has entered the circle of candidates to take over the managerial role at Al-Nassr Club for the upcoming season.

Reports indicated that Al-Nassr's management has started monitoring the situation of Galatasaray's Turkish coach following the departure of Portuguese Jorge Jesus from the team.

This comes amid the uncertainty surrounding Jesus's future, despite his success in bringing Al-Nassr back to the podiums and winning the Saudi Roshan League title this season.

Turkish journalist Yusuf Dogan confirmed that the management of Al-Alami is considering the possibility of signing Okan Buruk as part of a new artistic project aimed at continuing competition both locally and continentally.

Buruk is considered one of the most prominent coaches in Turkish football in recent years, having led Galatasaray to win several consecutive local championships since taking on the role in 2022.

The Turkish coach has previously worked with several clubs in the Turkish league, in addition to his previous experience as part of the coaching staff for the Turkish national team with coach Abdullah Avci.

Al-Nassr's management is striving to finalize the new coach's appointment early to prepare the team for the upcoming season and maintain technical stability after a season that witnessed significant successes for the team.
