Khaled Al-Ghandour Sparks Controversy Regarding Zizo
The media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour sparked controversy regarding Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the star of Al-Ahly.
Al-Ghandour said on Facebook: "The largest player contract in the history of Al-Ahly Club and the strangest player contract in the history of Al-Ahly Club is Zizo's contract, in terms of value and the written conditions, and of course the advertising contract and the football company contract are different from the contract registered with the Football Association."
Ahmed Sayed Zizo joined Al Ahly from Zamalek in a free transfer deal for four seasons in June 2025.
Al Ahly finished the Egyptian Premier League this season in third place with 53 points.
