Details of Gordon's Transfer Deal to Barcelona

The reliable journalist David Ornstein revealed that Barcelona has reached an agreement with Newcastle United to sign the English player Anthony Gordon during the current summer transfer market.

According to the report, the deal will cost Barcelona 80 million euros (70 million euros + 10 million as add-ons), in addition to a percentage of his future resale, while all personal contract terms have already been agreed upon with the player.

Ornstein pointed out that Bayern Munich was also interested in signing the English winger, but the Bavarian club was not prepared to meet the financial value required to complete the deal.

Barcelona's move comes as part of its efforts to strengthen its offensive line with a strong deal before the start of the new season, especially after Gordon's impressive performance with Newcastle in recent seasons.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the English star will be in Barcelona in the coming hours to complete his move to the Catalan club, before the official announcement of the deal.

The Catalan club plans to finalize the deal officially before the start of the 2026 World Cup.
