Riquelme: We Have an Agreement with Real Madrid's New Coach

Spanish businessman Enrique Riquelme, a candidate for the presidency of Real Madrid, confirmed that he has already reached an agreement with a prominent coach to lead the team, should he win the upcoming presidential elections for the royal club.

Riquelme said in an interview with the Spanish radio station "Cadena COPE": "We have already settled the matter, there are two global stars, a sports director, and a coach for Real Madrid," referring to his sports project that he plans to present during his election campaign.

He added: "There are people currently in other clubs, and we are certainly taking our election campaign step by step. First, the social aspect, and starting from Thursday, we will begin discussing the sports project and revealing the suitable names and the appropriate mechanism."

He continued: "We settled the coach issue before announcing our candidacy for the club presidency because we needed to know if we had the right team. How can I sign top players without having a coach to lead the project?"

When asked if the coach he agreed with is currently leading another team, Riquelme replied, "Yes, he is coaching a team at the moment."
