Napoli Nears Resolution of Spinazzola's File

Napoli is close to reaching a final agreement with Italian full-back Leonardo Spinazzola regarding the extension of his contract in the coming period, in a move that confirms the club's commitment to retaining his services for the upcoming seasons.

According to Italian reports, the agreement between the two parties is almost complete, with Napoli set to extend Spinazzola's contract for an additional two years, with the option to include an extension for a third season.

Sources indicated that the official announcement may happen soon, once the final steps related to the technical management and the new coach who will lead the team next season are completed.

Spinazzola joined Napoli in the summer of 2024 on a free transfer from Roma with a contract until 2026. Recently, the management moved to secure his continuation after the good performances he delivered in the team's jersey.

Despite the interest shown by several Italian clubs in the player's situation over the past few months, Napoli preferred to retain his experience within the new project, especially with the anticipated changes in the coaching staff and lineup this summer.
