Al Ahly's Stance on Torop's Agent's Conditions for His Departure
The journalist Gamal El-Ghandour revealed Al Ahly's management's response to the demands of Jes Thorup's agent, the Red team's coach, in the event of terminating the contract between the club and the Danish coach.
Al-Ghandour confirmed on the "Stad Al-Mehwar" program that Al-Ahly refused to grant Torop additional dues in the event of contract termination between the two parties in the upcoming period.
He added that Al Ahly's legal position is sound in terminating the contract with only the penalty clause, which was supported by the Swiss lawyer Monterrey according to the signed terms.
Al-Ahly officially informed Torop's agent of the rejection of any demands outside the contract, confirming that the maximum payment is three months' salary for the coach and one month for his agency.
