Amidst English Competition: Savinho's Position on Leaving Manchester City

The Brazilian winger Savinho, a player for Manchester City, has become a candidate for departure during the upcoming summer transfer window, according to European press reports.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed on his official account on the platform 'X' that Newcastle United is closely monitoring the player's situation in preparation for entering negotiations with Manchester City to sign him.

Romano added that Tottenham Hotspur will once again attempt to acquire Savinho, after being close to securing his transfer during the last summer transfer window, before the deal fell through due to a decision by Manchester City's management.

The same source indicated that the 22-year-old Brazilian winger does not oppose the idea of leaving Manchester City this summer, in search of an opportunity to embark on a new experience in his professional career.

Savinho had joined Manchester City in the summer of 2024 from the French club Troyes, in a deal valued at approximately 25 million euros.
