Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain in Talks to Sign Diomande

European press reports revealed today, Tuesday, that Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain clubs are in talks with the entourage of Ivorian player Yan Diomande, a player for Leipzig, to sign him during the upcoming transfer window.

The renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reported on his official account on the platform 'X' that Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain have made direct contact with the representatives of player Yan Diomande as part of their efforts to strengthen their attacking line.

Romano explained that the final decision regarding the player's future will remain in Diomande's hands, especially in light of a new offer from Leipzig to renew his contract, with a release clause that allows him to leave if activated.

The same source indicated that Liverpool's management has placed French winger Bradley Barcola, a player for Paris Saint-Germain, on the list of potential alternatives if an agreement to sign Yan Diomande is not reached.

Diomande is 19 years old and joined Leipzig in the summer of 2025 from Spanish club Leganes for 20 million euros.
