Official: Milan Announces Dismissal of Allegri and Departure of Three Officials

AC Milan announced on its official website that a decision has been made to conduct radical changes and a comprehensive restructuring of the football sector within the club, following the end of a season that the management described as a clear failure.

The statement clarified that the goal set by the management from the beginning of the season was to return to the Champions League and lay the foundations for achieving continuity in competing at the highest level in the Italian league.

The statement, published on AC Milan's official website, indicated that the team was occupying either the first or second position in the Italian league standings during most of the season, with a real competition for the Scudetto title, before witnessing a significant decline in the final stage of the season, ending with a loss in the final match, which led to the loss of the main goal for the season.

The management confirmed in its statement that it is time for change, immediately announcing the termination of CEO Giorgio Furlani, Sporting Director Igli Tare, Coach Massimiliano Allegri, and Technical Director Geoffrey Moncada.

The club's owning company thanked the officials for their work and dedication during their time at the club.
