Ayoub Bouaddi: Proud to Represent Morocco

The Moroccan international Ayoub Bouaddi expressed his great pride in wearing the Moroccan national team jersey, confirming that his decision to represent the 'Atlas Lions' came after long contemplation and full conviction, despite his previous journey with the youth teams of France.

Earlier, the Lille French club midfielder, Ayoub Bouaddi, decided his international future by officially choosing to represent the Moroccan national team, closing the door on the debate about which team he would represent in the coming period.

Bouaddi said in a statement to the official website of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation: 'The coach and the president told me to choose Morocco because it was the right choice, and that I would receive a great welcome, which indeed happened. The welcome was exceptional, the infrastructure is top-notch, and the team is fantastic.'

He added: 'Everything was perfect, and I made my decision and am very proud of it. I hope the next phase will be full of beautiful things, God willing. This decision was a great relief for me, and as I said, I am proud and happy to represent my country Morocco, and I hope we deliver good results in the upcoming events, God willing.'

The young player continued by saying: 'It was very emotional for me, especially after making the decision, as I received a wonderful welcome from the first moment, and I thank everyone for this reception. My family was very happy for me, and when I arrived, I was surprised by the quality of the infrastructure, which is at a very high level, and I believe there aren't many facilities in the world better than them.'

Bouaddi concluded his statements by saying: 'Everyone knows the value of the players in the team; there are great players with high quality, and I hope we achieve beautiful things with them in the future. I thank the Moroccan people for this great acceptance, and I hope we succeed together in achieving accomplishments.'
