Roma Nears Renewal of Dybala's Contract

AS Roma is close to finalizing the renewal of their Argentine star Paulo Dybala's contract, as negotiations have entered their final stages in recent days.

According to reports circulating in Italy, the new agreement will extend until the summer of 2027, with a salary estimated at around 2.5 million euros annually, in addition to performance and participation-related bonuses, with the option to extend for an additional season.

Dybala's contract was automatically extended until 2026 earlier, following the activation of a clause related to the number of matches and minutes he played with Roma this season.

The management of Roma sees "La Joya" as one of the key pillars of the new artistic project, especially after coach Gian Piero Gasperini insisted on keeping the player due to his technical quality and extensive experience on the field.

The club also aims with the new contract to reduce the financial burden compared to his current contract, while keeping the Argentine star in the Italian capital for a longer period.

Despite the interest that Dybala has received from several clubs in recent periods, the player has expressed his desire to continue with the "Giallorossi," as he feels a significant sense of importance within the team and a strong relationship with the fans.
