Zizo Talks About His First Derby Match After Joining Al Ahly
Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the Al Ahly player, spoke about his first derby match after joining the Reds.
Zizo said in statements to "On Sport" channel: "In my first derby match with Al Ahly, I didn't feel any pressure when entering the field. My understanding of pressure is thinking about losing the title, but the insults from Zamalek fans didn't cause me any pressure."
He continued: "In my opinion, being insulted by the white fans is not a priority pressure. There are many other things that can cause pressure on a football player, such as taking a penalty kick for the Egyptian national team in an important tournament. Other than that, there are no pressures."
Zizo added: "Why would I put myself under pressure because of the fans' insults? The derby match is supposed to create stars, so what reason would make a player hate this type of match?"
He continued: "In the match between Zamalek and Pyramids, I wanted the Whites to win the Egyptian Super Cup semi-final to advance to the final match, so they could face them in the summit match, and that's exactly what happened."
