Harimat: The African Title is My Biggest Dream with the Royal Army

Rabie Harimat, the captain of the Royal Army team, confirmed that he is experiencing one of the most prominent periods of his football career, following an exceptional season filled with achievements both individually and collectively, placing him at the forefront within his club and national team.

In his statements before facing Mamelodi Sundowns in the second leg of the CAF Champions League final, Harimat said that he, alongside coach Tariq Sektioui, won the African Nations Championship for local players, in addition to winning the award for the best player in the tournament, as well as the Arab Cup. He considered these successes to be the result of comprehensive teamwork within the national team.

The Royal Army's leader added that winning the African Champions League title is the biggest goal in his career, emphasizing that previous championship experiences give the team a strong motivation to compete in all tournaments, with the need to leverage these experiences to achieve the continental dream.

Hareemat pointed out that achieving this goal requires significant focus and consistency in performance, affirming that the group has enough ambition and capabilities to compete until the end.

The Royal Army's captain concluded his remarks by emphasizing that winning the continental title would have a special flavor, given that the African Champions League title has been absent from the club's trophy cabinet for 41 years. This increases the responsibility on the players and gives them additional motivation to write a new chapter in the club's history.
