Six Absences from Real Madrid Training Before Facing Bilbao
Real Madrid continued their preparations to face Athletic Bilbao in the 38th and final round of the Spanish League, in a match scheduled to be held at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on Saturday evening.
The new training session held at Real Madrid's sports city began with physical exercises in the gym, before the players moved to the pitch for possession and passing drills, along with small-sided games in a six-a-side format.
Regarding absences, Dani Carvajal participated in part of the group training, while Aurélien Tchouaméni limited himself to training inside the club's facilities.
Trent Alexander-Arnold also missed training due to a viral illness, while Vinicius Junior was absent after receiving permission from the club for personal reasons.
The club stated that the trio Ferland Mendy, Éder Militão, and Rodrygo Goes are continuing their treatment and rehabilitation programs to recover from their injuries.
