In a television statement, Moatamed Gamal said: "I dedicate the league championship to the Zamalek fans who strongly supported the team throughout the season. I also dedicate the victory to the spirit of the late Mohamed Sabry, the former Zamalek star, and to the spirit of my father."
He added, "All the Zamalek players are like my sons within the team," emphasizing the strong relationship he has with the players, which was one of the main reasons for the success in winning the title this season.
