Barcelona Rejects Signing Vlahovic and Bernardo Silva

Press reports revealed that Barcelona's management rejected two offers to include Serbian Dusan Vlahovic and Portuguese Bernardo Silva, despite them being proposed to the club through their agents as free transfer deals before the upcoming summer transfer period.

According to what was reported by 'Cadena SER' radio, the players were indeed offered to Barcelona officials during the past period, but the management preferred not to open any negotiations and not to move towards signing either of them at the current time.

The 'El bar de Sique Rodríguez' program also confirmed that the Catalan club is handling the striker file with a different vision, having placed several alternative names on the waiting list in case the targeted deals falter, most notably Joao Pedro, Julian Alvarez, and Lautaro Martinez.

Despite Vlahovic's name reaching the club's table through his agent, the first response from Barcelona was rejection, with confirmation that the player is not among the technical priorities at this stage, despite acknowledging his capabilities.

The same applies to Bernardo Silva, as Barcelona officials see that the midfield is currently complete, and there is no urgent need to sign a new player in this position.

The attacking priorities remain represented by several prominent names, most notably Joao Pedro, Julian Alvarez, and Lautaro Martinez, along with Mikel Oyarzabal as an additional option on the list.
