Will Mourinho Succeed in Avenging Flick After Returning to Real Madrid?

Spanish football fans are anticipating a potential clash between Hans Flick and Jose Mourinho in the upcoming El Clasico, following the German coach's contract renewal with Barcelona until 2028, and the Portuguese coach's nearing appointment as Real Madrid's manager in the coming period.

The 'Defensa Central' website indicated that Flick and Mourinho have only faced each other twice throughout their coaching careers, with the German coach winning both encounters.

The two matches date back to the 2019/2020 season, when Flick was leading Bayern Munich, while Mourinho was managing Tottenham Hotspur, as they met in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.
