Lautaro Martinez has shut down speculations about his future, affirming his full commitment to Inter Milan, amidst recent links to a move to Barcelona.

The newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport" confirmed in an interview with the player that Lautaro has made his position clear, emphasizing his desire to continue with the Italian club he has been associated with since 2018.

Lautaro Martinez's statements were as follows: "Without a doubt, I would like that. My family and I are happy; we even have a restaurant, and the kids go to school and have their friends. Today, it's hard to imagine myself elsewhere. In football, no one knows, but if they don't kick me out, I'll stay here."

The Argentine player added: "I don't even know how many goals I've scored; it's not something I track or focus on."

He continued his speech: "It would be great to reach advanced positions on the list of historical top scorers, because Meazza represents the history of Inter and Milan. I believe I can achieve that."

He explained: "Without a doubt, these are the best moments of my career. I feel very happy and confident while playing, and I move easily even from a tactical standpoint, which wasn't the case before."

He also spoke about the psychological aspects of his journey, saying: "From childhood until recently, I went through many difficulties, and there was a time when I felt in a very bad state, to the point where I doubted whether I deserved to be the number 10 at Inter."

He concluded his remarks by saying: "After the difficult setbacks I went through, I thought a lot and was mentally exhausted, but now I am more stable and receive psychological support within the club, which is important for me."

Thus, Lautaro Martinez has definitively settled his position, confirming his continuation with Inter Milan and distancing himself from any move towards Barcelona.
