Is Mbappé the Only One Who Made Mistakes at Real Madrid?

The Spanish journalist Josep Pedrerol spoke about the tense situation inside the Real Madrid dressing room, noting that the French star Kylian Mbappe has been experiencing a state of isolation within the team recently.

Pedrerol said: "From what I've heard, Mbappe is isolated in the locker room. He trusted Xabi Alonso's project, while others, led by Vinicius, pushed him away."

He added: "Mbappe did not feel comfortable in this new situation, and he also believes that Álvaro Arbeloa did not give him enough attention. I can't say more, but I'm also not saying that Mbappe did everything right, because he made significant mistakes as well."

The Spanish journalist continued: "If Mbappe was wrong to criticize Arbeloa, then Vinicius Junior was also wrong when he said, 'I will leave here if Xabi Alonso is not dismissed,' or at least it seemed that way, in addition to what happened on the day of Talavera when he was laughing sarcastically on the bench."

Pedrerol pointed out that the crisis does not concern just one player, saying: "I believe that several players have made mistakes, and it's not true that Mbappe alone is responsible for everything that happened."

He concluded his remarks by saying: "Sometimes it's easier for some players who have good relationships with the press or leak news to improve their image later on. I think Mbappe didn't know how to handle this, or maybe he doesn't care about it, and that's why his isolation has led us to confuse many things."
