Paris Saint-Germain Sets Its Priorities for the Summer Transfer Window

The French club Paris Saint-Germain is preparing for a relatively quiet summer transfer market in terms of signings, with its priorities clearly defined, according to the French newspaper 'L'Équipe.'

This comes as the club continues its preparations to face Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League final in Budapest, with high ambitions to secure the title.

The sporting director, Luis Campos, had previously confirmed that the club decided to halt transfer market activities several weeks ago, indicating that the management knows its goals well, and what is being circulated in the media is merely speculation.

According to the newspaper, Paris Saint-Germain has identified two main priorities during the summer transfer window. The first is to sign a young left-back to strengthen the left side as a substitute for Nuno Mendes, without revealing any candidate names so far.

The second priority is to sign a new attacking player to increase competition in the front line, which could affect the position of Bradley Barcola, who is attracting interest from clubs in England.

The report clarified that the club has not identified clear names in this position yet, despite some reports about Paris Saint-Germain's interest in several players, including Julian Alvarez, as Barcelona distances itself from the race to sign him.
