Gvardiol Offered to Real Madrid

The Spanish newspaper "AS" revealed that the Croatian defender Josko Gvardiol has been offered to Real Madrid in preparation for a possible transfer to the royal club during the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to reports, the move surprised Real Madrid officials, especially since the club is already looking to strengthen the defense line, specifically the center-back position. However, they did not expect one of Europe's top defenders to be open to the idea of moving to Santiago Bernabéu.

The reports added that Gvardiol's name has long been on the radar of Real Madrid's sports management, as the club had been monitoring him since his days with Dinamo Zagreb, before his move to Leipzig and then to Manchester City in the summer of 2023 for around 90 million euros.
